Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We carefully package all orders to ensure safe arrival.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Returns & Damaged Goods:

  • Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items in their original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange *(excludes bespoke orders).
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you receive any damaged or faulty items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item.
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a tracked service.

Important Note: Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). *Bespoke orders excluded

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period is dependant on the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to any mainland UK address. We may be able to ship to international destinations, please contact us for more details.

When you place an order you will be notified via email and we will update you as we process and dispatch your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items is a flat rate for retail.   For wholesale orders it will be based on the number of parcels and total weight.
